Green Monster Smoothie

Summer’s coming back and you know what that means? It’s smoothie season! I’m kicking it off with one of my favourite smoothie recipes that I love because it’s filling, delicious, and makes me feel healthy because it’s green!

Serving Size: 1 smoothie, Calories: 145

Macros: 28 Grams of Protein, 6 Grams of Fat, 25 Grams of Carbohydrates


Ingredients: ~ 1/2 a Banana

~ 1 Scoop doTERRA Vanilla Protein Powder

~ 2 cups of Almond Milk (or milk of choice)

~ 6 large Ice cubes

~ 1 Tbsp of Peanut Butter (natural)

~ 1 1/2 cups of Spinach (or kale)

~ 1/2 a cucumber

~ 1 tsp Hemp Hearts (optional)


Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and purify on low speed for 5-10 seconds and medium speed for 10 seconds.

2. Pour into your favourite smoothie cup and enjoy!
